Steps to make a belt.
1) Cut the webbing. For children's belts, the length of the webbing = waist + 5 inches; adult belts, the length of the webbing = waist + 7 inches.
2) Sew the edges together. Cut the webbing with raw edges at both ends, and sew the edges with serrated stitches to avoid stripping later.
3) Install the metal buckle. One end of the webbing is inserted into a pair of D-shaped buckles, pressed and sewn with two thick sewing threads to fix; the other end of the webbing is fixed with the same sewing threads and tri-folded by turning and sewing.
